Social responsibility

JSC “AKSA“ precast concrete structures aims to be a socially responsible company.

In order to make a sustainable environment production, we are searching/using the “green” products/raw materials and carrying out the installation of “green” processes for the production and administration activities of the company.

We implement the sorting and recycling of the construction, household and secondary garbage. The efficient use of energy and other resources by improving equipment and optimizing work processes – is one of our priorities.

Motivation system in the company, according to the characteristics of individual worker, is aligned with the corporate culture and the prevailing atmosphere in the company. It reflects the current technologies and organizational conditions and is directly linked to the work performance and results.

We participate in and initiate social assistance projects.

We create favorable conditions for the students to perform their practice in production and administration. After acquiring work experience it is easier to integrate into the labor market.

2011	VŠĮ Centre for blind and partially sighted	Day centre. Activity: women’s ensembles, drama, dance, folklore collectives, sports club, the organization of events.
	VŠĮ Aegn Engineering	Sports club.
	Jonava St. James the Appostle Parish	Support for the construction of a new Church.
	VŠĮ Atletas basketball club	Basketball team of the Lithuanian Sports University. Purpose – to allow the students and coaches to apply their knowledge in practice, introduce the University and its students to the Lithuanian basketball league.
	Charity and support fund “Rugutė”	Charity and support fund “Rugutė” provides the assistance for children with oncological disease, also supports the medical centers which are taking care of children with oncological disease.
