Hollow core slabs

AB “Aksa” manufactures hollow core slabs for residential, administrative and industrial buildings. Reinforced concrete slabs are pre-tensioned throughout 90 m. the length of the stand, and then the plates are cut across to the desired length. The production of AKSA overhead slabs ensures their surface is extremely smooth, which reduces the cost of further decoration. Reinforced concrete slabs are supplied with special lids with clogged plate ends, which facilitates assembly. Standard reinforced concrete slab width is 1200 mm. If necessary, narrow reinforced concrete slabs can be offered – when cutting lengths of 1200 mm wide. The longitudinal cutting lengths along narrow planes are guided by the fact that the carrying capacity of the panel is not less than the strength of the standard cross-sectional type of the corresponding type, and the reinforcement of the plate is arranged symmetrically. The width of the narrower plates must not exceed the limits of certain intervals:

Pre-stressed reinforced hollow plates are widely used products for assembled slabs for over 50 years worldwide. The popularity of these panels today is determined by a modernized, economical and efficient production method, a wide range of panels and a high carrying capacity, equal to the lower surface and a particularly high overlay assembly speed. At the request of the client, various holes and openings can be formed on the panels.

Hollow core slabs (HCS) are manufactured using the continuous forming method, taking into account the floor plans provided by the customer, product specifications and product drawings. The usual loading scheme for panels is a two-axis beam with two end supports and a uniform load distribution, indicated kN / m2 or kPa One kN / m2 or kPa (kilogram of Pascal) is equal to 100 kg / m2. Given the required calculation load and the length of the product, it is possible to easily select the height of the product and the reinforcement according to AKSA’s chart of capacitive power tables. If the load diagram differs from the normal, i.e. The concentric force is> 2.5kN (200kg) on the overlay plates, the slabs have openings, the constructions must be recalculated using our special software.

Technological concrete used in the production of panels is C40 / 50-XC3-XF1 or C50 / 60-XC4-XF2 grades, Y1860S7 rods Ø9,3mm or Ø12,5mm. Available for panel heights: 200, 220, 265, 300, 320, 400, 500 mm (HCS20, HCS22, HCS27, HCS30, HCS32, HCS32 / A, HCS40, HCS40 / A and HCS50 types). Standard fire resistance is REI 60, but REI 90 (all types) and REI 120 (HCS32 / A, HCS40 / A, HCS500 only) can be manufactured.

AB AKSA HCS panels are designed and manufactured according to Eurocode EC2: EN 1992 together with EN 1168: 2005 + A3: 2011. All products are CE marked and have production certificates issued by the Construction Products Certification Center (SPSC). All types of panels were tested in accordance with EN 1168 load schemes in accredited test laboratories.

Reinforced concrete slabs can be cut at a minimum angle of 45 °. The extrusion slabs are standard without a lifting loop. For the installation of plates for customers, special grabs are provided, which after installation, should be returned to AKSA. At the request of the customer, for the additional fee, hollow reinforced concrete slabs with lifting eyelets (along the narrow plates are always made with lifting eyelets) can be made. Extrusion slabs manufactured by AB AKSA can be supported on masonry, monolithic walls, reinforced concrete or metal beams. A layer of cementitious mortar is applied to the supports underneath to provide even load distribution (also possible use of narrow neoprene strips).
