AKSA AB is constantly interested in technological innovations in the manufacture of reinforced concrete, therefore the invitation of the long-term representative of RECKLI in Lithuania, Delta Nova to deepen knowledge was gladly received. The company took part in training sessions in Germany for 2 days, during which the information on working with Concrete Surface Formation RECKLI was updated.
RECKLI is a global leader in the design and production of elastomeric polyurethane matrixes and molds used to form architectural concrete surface. AKSA ​​has already used RECKLI matrices for a number of foreign and Lithuanian objects, and recently, even to renovate facade of the company’s administrative building.
During the training, representatives of the reinforced concrete manufacturer got acquainted with various additional tools that could be used to ensure the repair and maintenance of concrete matrixes (including Formliner gluing technology). It is especially important to try to make a matrix writing barrier, which helps to secure the precise and high quality edge of the writing (using Stop off paste technology).

RECKLI trainings had especially usefull practical part

Worldwide company RECKLI have presented transferring of photos to concrete surfaces (Photo Engraving) and the development of ultra-unique concrete patterns. The training was not limited to the theory – practical tests were carried out in the laboratory. Representatives of AKSA already have a great experience in working with textured concrete surface matrix matrices, and it was especially useful to use the opportunity to ask questions related to practical application – RECKLI representative Karsten Roszak responded in detail.
